A vintage Aretha Franklin documentary is finally getting released after 46 years, Variety reports. Amazing Grace captures Franklin’s 1972 performances at the New Temple Missionary Baptist Church in Los Angeles. It was set to be a companion piece to Franklin’s gospel album of the same name, but the film went unreleased due to technical issues. It debuts at the documentary film festival DOC NYC on November 12. Find tickets for the film’s debut here, and watch the trailer below.

Franklin died in August. Read Pitchfork’s feature “How Aretha Franklin Earned Her Crown As the Queen of Soul.”
