KITH‘s collaborative portfolio adds another page with its upcoming release alongside Greg Lauren. Ronnie Fieg taps the LA designer to deliver an offering that tells the story of ivy league students who’ve been drafted to war. As a result, the pieces share KITH’s Americana blueprint and become destroyed and pieced back together courtesy of Greg’s meticulous craft.
The range – initially debuted at September’s Kith Park show – is comprised of 26 different styles including reconstructed pieces from KITH’s in-line catalog. Vintage materials such as military fabric, denim, waffle thermal, Carhartt canvas and cable-knit wool are met with detailed design accents such as paint splatter and distressing to give each piece its own unique identity.
Limited to only 3 units per style, the KITH x Greg Lauren “Ivy League Draft” collection launches in-store on November 9 at KITH’s Manhattan and Los Angeles locations with a Kith.com launch to follow on November 10 at 11 a.m. EST.

When I sat down with Greg to conceptualize this collection, we came up with a theme that channels Kith’s approach to product through Greg’s unique lens. The result was what we call “Ivy League Draft”. These pieces were designed to resemble what ivy league students drafted to Vietnam would look like. A prep base with destructed military elements. It’s Dead Poets Society meets Platoon. Keep that vision in mind when going through the lookbook today to see the product the way Greg and I do. Full lookbook now live. Link in bio.
